At OXOpackaging.co.uk, design files are available at a resolution of 72 DPI, which is considered low resolution. If you require higher-resolution design files, please reach out to support@OXOpackaging.co.uk for a customized quote.
CUSTOMER SUBMITTED ARTWORK
All artwork, designs, and images must be provided in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Please note that OXOpackaging.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any color variations that may occur when converting from RGB to CMYK color modes. Additionally, OXOpackaging.co.uk is not liable for issues such as fuzziness, distortion, or pixilation in printed images resulting from customer-provided artwork. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the quality and suitability of the submitted artwork.
PROOFING & MATCHING
For all print jobs, customer approval of the final artwork and job specification sheet is required. Once an order is placed, customers will receive final artwork proofs and a job specification sheet via email. The customer's responsible for carefully reviewing all details in the specification sheet, including delivery dates and production speed, and ensuring that all their requirements are accurately noted. OXOpackaging.co.uk will not be held liable for any specifications or requirements beyond what is documented in the final specification sheet. Additionally, customers are responsible for thoroughly examining the final artwork proof, as proofreading falls under their purview. Unplanned changes can occur due to various file preparations; the final proof reflects what will be printed. OXOpackaging.co.uk strongly recommends printing out the proof at 100% scale to check positioning, spelling, and other design elements. OXOpackaging.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any design or spelling errors that the customer did not identify and promptly reported to us. Once the customer approves the design file and job specifications, they will be sent to the production department and printed without any modifications.
OXOpackaging.co.uk bears no responsibility for color matching or ink density about screen proofs that customers have approved. Screen proofs assess design layout, text accuracy, image proportion, and placement rather than color or density. While OXOpackaging.co.uk tries to match the gradient density of each color in duo-tone, the final appearance cannot be guaranteed unless a customer orders a color match proof. Moreover, the application of lamination may affect or alter the appearance of printed colors, and OXOpackaging.co.uk cannot be held responsible for the final color appearance of laminated products.
Kindly note that the paper or card stock utilized for printing our products is unsuitable for food-grade purposes.

COLOR ACCURACY AND HARDCOPY PROOFS
OXOpackaging.co.uk endeavours to reproduce colors from submitted print-ready files as accurately as possible. However, due to printing process limitations, printing surface variations, and ink requirements, exact color match and density cannot be guaranteed. Color reproductions are guaranteed to be within 90% accuracy of the final approved proof. Please be aware that color reproduction can only be guaranteed for print-ready files if a hardcopy proof is ordered for an additional fee. OXOpackaging.co.uk assumes no responsibility for any discrepancies in color between submitted print-ready images and the actual artwork or product they represent.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to indemnify and protect OXOpackaging.co.uk, its licensed content providers, and their directors, officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that may arise from (i) your violation of these Terms and Conditions or (ii) any lawsuit, claim, or demand related to any text, photograph, image, graphics, or other material that you include in the Products and that is not part of the standard Site Content.
OXOpackaging.co.uk allows for order cancellation before printing/shipping. However, once an item has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Orders may be cancelled during different production stages, but cancellation charges will be applicable. Our Customer Service Team will provide you with information regarding any cancellation charges.
All orders can be cancelled before reaching stage 2. If an order is cancelled in stage 1, a cancellation fee of $15 plus 5% of the total order amount will be charged. This fee covers payment processing, bank charges, and design department fees. For orders cancelled in stage 2, a minimum of 20% of the total order amount will be deducted as cancellation fees to cover our design department charges. If an order is still in stage 3, the cancellation can be attempted but not guaranteed. If cancelled at this stage, a minimum of 50% of the total order amount will be deducted to cover expenses. Once an order reaches stage 4, cancellation is no longer possible.
No refunds will be issued once a design services order has been successfully placed.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the unique nature of each order, all sales are final. If OXOpackaging.co.uk is found to be responsible for an error, we will initiate a reprint of the order. However, no refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
If the customer discovers any defects, damage, or missing items in the delivered products, they must notify OXOpackaging.co.uk within 3 business days of the order delivery. Claims for defects, damage, or missing items not reported within this timeframe will not be considered.
To obtain replacement products, customers must return a minimum of 99% of the received product within 10 days from the initial order delivery date, at their own cost. Prior written return authorization from OXOpackaging.co.uk is required for all returns.
All charges related to expedited printing (rush printing or shipping) are non-refundable, including for orders returned for any reason. No exceptions will be made.
Order Shipping and Delivery

Customers of OXOpackaging.co.uk acknowledge that delays in shipments may occur due to factors beyond the direct control of OXOpackaging.co.uk, including technical issues, weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipment and delivery dates provided by OXOpackaging.co.uk are estimated based on information from suppliers and recent order history.
While OXOpackaging.co.uk strives to meet delivery schedules, unexpected equipment failures, malfunctions, or technical problems may cause delays in printing or shipping processes. In such cases, applicable rush charges or expedited fees will be refunded or waived. However, delays in printing or shipping processes do not warrant order cancellations.
Customers of OXOpackaging.co.uk are responsible for paying any customs duties and fees applicable to goods shipped to their respective locations. The customers are responsible for making necessary arrangements to clear customs for shipments delivered outside the United States.

Damaged and Lost Packages
Customers are responsible for carefully inspecting all packages for visible signs of damage or missing items before accepting delivery. Any damage or missing items must be reported immediately to OXOpackaging.co.uk and the delivery courier. The customer must file claims for damaged or missing items within 3 business days of order delivery. OXOpackaging.co.uk cannot be held responsible for 3rd party shipping errors, omissions, or damaged shipments.
Each ordered product is typically shipped with a few extra pieces at no additional cost. Occasionally, an order may have slightly fewer pieces than ordered. Industry standards allow for underages or overages of up to 5%. To ensure the exact quantity needed, it is recommended that customers order 10% over the required quantity.
Additional shipping and handling charges will be applied for packages that need to be reshipped due to customer errors in providing the correct shipping address.
